Portland's Golden West Hotel Survival Paradox 
So would this replace the Rose Quarter Development intentions to give that area an flavor of Communities of Colors input into the project of what the district should look like or be designed.
Does this this replace any other type of proposal that could be on the table and how would the proposal be any different than what we’ve experienced so far in Portland.
